One of the worst online purchase experiences I've ever had. I bought a non-working product (key was no good). I was repeatedly promised help, but he abruptly disappeared and stopped answering my emails and PMs. Communications with me were cut off for more than six months. When I realized seller was still alive (not exaggerating here), I contacted him for a refund. I was treated like *I* was a scammer or a liar. He claimed to be "very suspicious" of my insistence that I purchased something from him (including claiming to have no emails, PMs, phone calls, etc. from me, despite my producing them), but eventually send me a full refund. When I complained about the experience, left *ME* negative feedback.

After a bit of a mix up that one of his workers had, we ended up resolving it when he made it back in town. For the most part it was out of his hands so it wasn't really his fault. Great communication and he was looking to resolve it in a timely fashion. He is a nice guy and I would trade with him again.
